Welcome to 16th National Convention on Students Quality Circles. NSQCs  is a premier platform where young minds from diverse schools converge to showcase their innovative ideas and problem-solving skills. This esteemed event provides a unique opportunity for students to present their case studies, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another’s experiences. By participating in this convention, students will benefit from developing their critical thinking, research, and presentation skills, while also gaining insights into various quality management tools and techniques.

By participating in this convention, students will benefit from developing their critical thinking, research, and presentation skills, while also gaining insights into various quality management tools and techniques. The convention will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence among the participants, empowering them to become future leaders and change-makers in their respective fields. Through this event, we aim to nurture a community of young quality professionals who will drive positive change and improvement in their communities.

Rules & Regulations

 

Case Study Presentation

1.   Only one team of FIVE to EIGHT students from Grade VI – XII can represent one institution.

2.   Each team is allotted a time slot of 15 minutes.

3.   This time includes the following activities:

a.       Setting up of the Stage: (Approximately 1 minute)

b.       Presentation: (Approximately 13 minutes)

c.       Concluding Remarks by the Moderator: (Approximately 1 minute)

4.   There are questions from the floor for about 2 questions after each presentation.

5.   Teams must design a logo for their circle. They should also have a slogan.

6.   Team members must read one research paper written on the problem they are addressing and add its summary in the presentation. Reference must be mentioned.

7.   To standardize the case study circle must make a web page or blog and share the link with organizers.

8.   The teams are advised to cooperate with the organizers to adhere to the time schedule.

9.   A warning bell is rung at the expiry of 10 minutes of the presentation. The second bell is rung at 13 minutes indicating a closing reminder while a third at 15 minutes indicating the end of the time of the presentation.

10.  Upon ringing of the warning bell, the team must immediately start to round off their presentation.

11.  Marks are awarded according to the Case Study Evaluation Sheet.

One soft copy of the presentation must be submitted in the Convener’s office by Sat 25th Oct 2025. 

Poster Making Competition

1.      ONE student from Grade VI – VIII represents each institution.

2.   The participants are required to make a poster on the given theme. They can express their concerns on any discrimination they see in the society.

3.      Time duration of two hours is given to make the poster.

4.   The poster is made on standard sized chart paper (27 in x 21 in).

5.      Any drawing material like colour pencils, paints, markers, etc. can be used to make the poster. Photographs, wires, and other 3D objects are not acceptable. The completed artwork must be on a flat piece of chart.

6.      Full name and class of the participants as well as name of school must be clearly mentioned on the back of poster in English.

Marks are awarded for Creativity, Presentation, Neatness, Interpretation of the Theme and Artistic Touch.
