Financial Matters
- The tuion fee has to be paid in advance on a monthly basis for full duraon of an academic session including summer & winter vacaon as well as provisional period of board classes. This includes the months in which exams/praccals are being conducted.
- The fee has to be deposited through 1Bill ID either in cash on the counter of designated banks or through online or mobile banking. Nominal charge of 1Bill is added at the me of the payment. No cash is received at any desk at Modernage
- The last date of fee submission is the 10th of every month with an addional grace period of 3 days aer which a late fine of Rs. 100 for the month is imposed. Failing to submit the fee for two consecuve months results in the student’s name being struck off the school rolls.
- Readmission is the discreon of the Principal and depends on the availability of seats. It is granted only on payment of full admission fee, late fee fine and other outstanding dues, if any
- No student is allowed to sit in any public examinaon or the school annual examinaon unless his/her accounts have been paid in full by the date the examinaon begins.
- No student passes out or receives grades or transcripts of records unless all financial obligaons have been met. Tuion & fees are subject to change without noficaon. For details of fee structure please contact the school office.
FINANCIAL AID:
- Students in need of financial aid must apply afresh each year. However, the facility once extended does not qualify any applicant to have it again. All such applications are processed again in the light of the funds available and other relevant terms and conditions.

2. Academic Excellence – Studentship Program:
Academic Excellence Scholarships are granted under the Studentship Program started at Modernage in the year 2020. It comprises 100%, 50% or 25% waiver in tuition fees, special coaching classes, access to the STEAM lab, and an extensive career counselling program throughout the academic year. This is offered to students of Matric, Part I, and Part II in HSSC each year according to the school policy. Those students who achieve an A1 or A grade in the Board Exams are eligible for Studentship.
3. Concession for the Children of Employees:
In recognition of the services being rendered by the teaching and non-teaching staff, Modernage offers 100%, 50%, or 25% special concessions to their children.
