TRAINING OF FACULTY AND STAFF:

Modernage is an institution that banks on the synergy created by its team. Under the auspices of Modernage Institute of Nurturing Educators (MINE) – a sister organization of Modernage, training is provided to its staff at all levels – administration, teachers, office staff and support staff. Two conferences of four to six days duration are held every year in summer and winter vacation. Teachers from other schools are also invited to participate in these sessions. As a result of training an overall culture of learning and sharing has developed in the whole organization.
